In order to provide all our customers with the same great products and services, production times will be followed and may be changed at lab’s discretion in order to meet high demands. All rush orders will be subject to a rush fee. Orders requiring cropping and special handling may take longer than standard production times. If guides are not provided when orders are submitted, prints will be made according to printer’s best judgment. There will be an additional charge to redo orders for which guides were not provided.

RPI encourages that digital orders be submitted on line. Reprint and enlargement orders from negatives should be submitted on order sheets provided. In house digital orders must be submitted in folders indicating quantity and print size. Any orders not submitted properly will be charged an additional 25%. In house orders that are changed after they have been submitted will require additional time. On line orders cannot be changed after submission.

Submitting any film, print, negative or digital media to Rochester Photographic, Inc. for processing, printing or other handling constitutes an agreement between RPI and customer that services will be performed by RPI and payment will be made by customer for services rendered within 30 days. We use Kodak and Ilford papers and chemistry.
